Save your time and don’t go to this location. I ordered my regular for when I need a cheap pick me up. Triple iced espresso in a venti cup, line the cup with caramel, extra almond milk, and vanilla syrup. Now I get I’m asking for it in a venti cup, so if they don’t fill it up, that’s not a problem. But when I ask if they added the “extra almond milk” and they said they can’t because I didn’t get extra ice?? I think that’s a bit extreme. I’ve never had someone make my order like this and all I wanted was the extra milk that was ORDERED. They didn’t even try to resolve the issue. So now I have a coffee that doesn’t even taste good, and when your trying to save money, and really just needed a good cheap coffee to get through your long day, this place will ruin your day. Go anywhere else, please. Ps, if you don’t like your job, Quit. I asked nicely, I left without an argument. But to roll eyes and walk away without listening to me is just plain rude.

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks location in the College Park area. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and they really keep things moving even during busy hours. My drinks are consistently made right and taste great every time. The store is clean, comfortable, and a good spot whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or staying a bit to work or relax. The drive-thru is also efficient, which makes it really convenient on busy mornings. Overall, one of the better Starbucks locations in the area—great service, great atmosphere, and reliable quality every visit. Highly recommend!

This location is hidden, like most things in The Woodlands, but it's worth stopping in. I have 3 locations that I frequent depending on what I'm out doing, and this one is my favorite. My drinks somehow taste better here. I always use my app to order ahead and pick up inside. The location always looks clean and the staff always greets me.

I love how local and homey the team at this location makes it feel! Marcus deserves major recognition! We had a challenging order that required purchasing a large quantity of gift cards, and he could not have been more incredible throughout the process. He was patient, detail-oriented, and had an amazing can-do attitude the whole time. Outstanding customer service — this Starbucks is lucky to have him!

Starbucks - College Park (Conroe) Good friendly baristas. Celoi and Marcus were very attentive to customers staying awhile. I experienced that firsthand. I came in for few hours and ordered, “Sugar Plum Cheese Danish” and “Christmas Blend” Light Roast coffee. I’ve never had the danish before. It tasted sweet and I loved that it was warmed up. That made it extra tasty . 😋 The coffee shop located on corner lot. Both Entrance and Drive-Thru located upfront. Small patio is upfront, as well, with six tables and twelve chairs. Parking is somewhat limited since it shared with other businesses. When you walk in, immediately to the right you will find one large brown table with eight chairs. Beautiful farm picture above the table. To the left of the entrance are two leather chairs with small table. Along the wall by Order and Pick-Up Counter you will find additional seating. Three tables and six chairs. Beautiful artwork above the tables. The overall atmosphere isn’t bad. I had good visit. Seating is limited and they do keep this place cold. 🥶 Wi-Fi can be spotty.
